1. Product

MeloSolo is a software product sold as a digital download with a license key.

2. Purchase

After payment, the user receives access to download the software and the related license information.

3. License

The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the software in accordance with the license delivered with the product.

4. Updates

The purchase may include access to updates for a limited period. After that period, the software may remain usable but access to newer versions may require renewal or a new purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, orders are generally non-refundable once the license key or download access has been delivered, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Liability

MeloSolo is provided as is. MeloSolo cannot be held responsible for misuse, incompatible environments, or indirect damage related to use of the software.
